We believe that the building process should be an easy and rewarding collaboration from start to finish.

We’ve developed a simple, modern building process which allows us to complete your new build, renovation, extension or house lift on time and within budget.

Our Building Process

  • Consultation

    After we have an understanding of your requirements (fill in Fear Buster Checklist) we will organise a time to meet you at your home.

  • Design

    If you require plans for your build we will get one of our Architectural Designers or Architects to work with you on a concept design.

  • Estimate

    Once the design is finalised, materials selected, and one of our experienced builders has evaluated your site, we take you through the building process and provide you with a build estimate.

    Estimate – you will be provided with your project estimate and specifications. Your specifications outline your project’s scope of works including materials & finishes.

    Contract – Once you are happy, we sign a Certified Builders contract and corresponding project specifications.

  • Building Consent Plans

    From site survey through to final design our team will manage the building process and council consent submission to council.

    Survey / Engineers Reports – Your site may require some of the following reports: Surveyors Topo, Stormwater Mitigation, Flood, Geotech, Drainage Inspection, Structural Engineering.

    Building Consent Plans – Submitted to council.

  • Construction

    From site survey through to final design our team will manage the building process and Council consent submission to council.

    Survey / Engineers Reports – You site may require some of the following reports. Surveyors topo, Stormwater Mitigation, Flood, Geotech, Drainage Inspection, Structural Engineering.

    BC Plans – Submitted to council.

  • Turnkey

    Final Inspection, Handover and Turnkey.

Please note: If you already have approved Building Consent plans, the Design and Building Consent steps won’t be required in your building process.
